THE APPROACH

  • Build empathy and meaningful connections for people by learning their motivations, needs, and pain points. Through user research, we foster a people-centric approach to product development, ensuring the creation of a product that meets their needs and preferences.

  • We can’t - and we shouldn’t - build it all at once. Let’s craft this masterpiece one brush stroke at a time, allowing us to tweak features based on user feedback.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, testers, analysts - you name it!) to foster a collaborative working environment, facilitating smooth communication and coordination among various teams and stakeholders.

  • Lean into technical acumen as a cornerstone in overseeing the technical aspects of the platform, ensuring the development of robust, extensible, and user-friendly product and features.
